FurstStaffing · Staffing & recruiting · HubSpot migration
A people business.
A website that puts
people first.
One website. Two very different reasons to visit. We rebuilt FurstStaffing's digital home around the people looking for work and the employers looking for a workforce partner.
The project, at a glance
Service, location, employer and job-seeker content in a new HubSpot website.
A library of career advice and staffing insights brought into the new site.
Custom building blocks to support the website's design and ongoing editing.
The challenge
Help two audiences find their way.
FurstStaffing serves employers and job seekers across Northern Illinois and Southern Wisconsin. Its website needed to explain staffing expertise while helping candidates reach job opportunities quickly.
The move also had to account for an established content library, team profiles, enquiry forms and existing URLs. A new homepage alone would not solve that.
What we built
Clear journeys. An editable foundation.
A front door for each audience
The homepage gives candidates and employers separate starting points. Job seekers can head toward opportunities; employers can explore services and start a workforce conversation.
Content with a place to live
The project brought together 36 pages, 71 blog posts, 31 team profiles and five forms. Services, markets and location content help visitors move from broad interest to relevant information.
Native HubSpot building blocks
Twenty-two custom modules support the design. The team can work with reusable content rather than treat every update as a new development project.
A planned route from the old site
We mapped changed URLs and retired the old job-detail template with redirects as jobs moved to an external job platform. That work was part of the migration plan, alongside page reviews and multiple rounds of client feedback.
What the project checks showed
Less baggage.
More room to move.
Specific improvements from the August 19 before-and-after audit, measured against the launch staging site.
Average network requests across eight matched pages in the recorded desktop comparison.
Links without accessible names detected across the eight matched pages.
Unlabeled form fields detected across the same matched-page audit.

The takeaway
A better website starts
with a clearer journey.
For staffing and recruiting businesses, candidates and clients arrive with different questions. Give both a useful route, keep valuable content connected, and make the site manageable for the people running it.
That is the thinking we bring to every migration: a website that looks like your business and works around the people it needs to serve.
